What we collect

When you fill out the join or contact form on this website, we collect the information you choose to share: your name, email address, business name, town or service area, phone number (optional), and any message you write. That is all — this site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

How it is used

Form submissions are delivered to the Shared Spotlight founders through Formspark, a form-delivery service, so we can welcome you to the community, respond to your message, and (only if you asked to be) feature your business. We do not sell your information or share it outside Shared Spotlight.

Business information you ask us to publish

If your business is featured in a spotlight or listing, we only publish information you provided for that purpose and agreed to make public. You can ask us to update or remove it at any time.

Your choices

Want to see, correct, or delete information you have sent us? Send us a message or reach out on Facebook and we will take care of it.

Updates to this policy

As Shared Spotlight grows (member directories, events, and new features), this policy will be updated to describe exactly what changes. The current version will always live at this address.
